Summary: Cute, very clean well maintained house. Beds were comfortable and linens were great! Lots of extras! beach toys, chairs, etc. House was quiet and not too far from beach. We enjoyed our stay! Host was amazing and we had 2 year old to 81 and all enjoyed our time. It is a smaller house, but for the short time, it was perfect!

Summary: i wanna say how much fun we had here. even thought weather was not great for us. she sent us things we could do while at the house. which was so helpful. house was clean and had everything we needed will be planning another trip to this house hopefully for the summer :)

Summary: My family had a blast! Checkin was easy and we were able to arrive a bit early. Communication was top notch and we even got a little gift for my husbands birthday. The kids played on the beach and enjoyed the bicycles. We brought a Nintendo Switch with us so when the weather cooled we still had family time. Overall we had a great time and will definitely be doing this again one day.

Summary: We had a great time. My wife and two kids met some long time friends and their daughter for a two night getaway. The property was exactly as advertised, plenty of space for both families. The bicycles were also a hit.

Summary: The photos of this property don’t do it Justice. It’s super cute and cozy, and has pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, we were able to cook full meals without feeling like we needed anything additional. A keurig and regular coffee maker are provided, as well as other various appliances that made our stay feel that much more comfortable. The full size bed in one of the additional bedrooms is a little uncomfortable, but would be great for someone who prefers a super firm bed. A pro/con is that there is only ONE tv. However, it wasn’t a huge downer. It allowed us to have more family time, and although I was a bit disappointed at first, I was grateful for it by day 2. There are board games for both adults and kids which provides additional indoor entertainment. The bikes provided were a huge hit with my family. We loved taking them to the beach during the day and night. She also provides a wagon for the beach. All the little touches Deborah added to this rental, really make it feel like home. They also allow for a more comfortable/ relaxing trip. The location is great, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach (you can see the water from the right hand corner of the deck) The town is small and only has (2) ‘major’ streets, I say major lightly because the speed limit on both streets are 30 mph and have very little traffic. There are several grocery store options within 15 minutes of the home. As well as a dollar general about 6 minutes away (driving) There is a book provided that gives you more information about the town and what they’d like you to do as far as ‘house rules’ go. I would like to see a guest book of other people who have visited, what their favorite places & restaurants were. As well as the owners recommendations. We really enjoyed the food at the Jetty Shack- but be aware it is a bar setting, if you have kiddos. They do offer carry out food! Surfside is a small town and there aren’t many things to do other than visit the beach. I really enjoyed the pace of life there. It’s a great place to relax and leave all of your worries at home.

Summary: The house was really nice. It was in a quiet area close next to the beach. It was kind of funny how everything was bee themed. You should change the sign at the top of the door to say "bee happy" instead of "be happy" lol
